The FH and AtlantsOil race
Sigrun and Erla went to the FH and AtlantsOil summer race last week and the goal was to just run and get the exercise.
The distance was 5k and the route was not hard so the race was very fast! Erla was like the wind and she ran her best run ever in 31:45 and Sigrun also got her personal best or 32:58 so they are extremely happy with the result
